The Center has the function of providing legal advice, legal support to organizations and individuals, especially disadvantaged groups such as women and children, helping them to protect their legitimate rights and interests, and improve legal capacity.

The scope of activities of the Center includes: legal consultancy; appoint lawyers to participate in legal proceedings to defend, represent and protect legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations; representation outside the proceedings and performing other legal services; The center receives and executes cases in all legal fields nationwide.

The Center provides free legal services to people with legal aid, contributing to ensuring human rights and citizens' rights in accessing justice and equality before the law.
